7.2.4 Conversion

Annotations stored in one backend format can be converted into an other backends format. E.g. if you switched from the dummy backend to the json-file backend, then you can convert your dumped annotations using standoff-dumped-json/dumped-to-json. You have to load the module standoff-dumped-json before.
