7.2.2.4 JSON keys for meta data

User Option: standoff-json/created-by-key

The JSON key for meta data about the creator. Defaults to createdBy.

User Option: standoff-json/created-at-key

The JSON key for meta data about the creation time. Defaults to createdAt.
